App use and Full Access
The important parts of the offer: 100 completed questions are included, Full Access is one purchase, and there is no subscription.
The offer
Learn German – The Fun Way can be downloaded without charge and includes the first 100 completed questions across its learning modes. That is a lifetime allowance for the installation, not a recurring quota. Resetting learning and game progress does not restart the count. After the limit, an optional non-consumable in-app purchase unlocks the remaining learning and game access.
Full Access is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The final localized price is shown by the App Store before you confirm payment.
License and Apple terms
The publisher is LindenCode IT Services GmbH. The app uses Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Purchases are also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions for Austria, or the terms applicable to your storefront.
Full Access and restoration
A verified entitlement unlocks Full Access in versions of Learn German – The Fun Way that support the product. You can restore the purchase in the app with the same Apple Account, subject to Apple's systems and terms. The purchase does not promise support for every current device or future operating-system version indefinitely.
Learning information
The app is a self-study practice tool, not an accredited course, examination, certification, translation service, or promise of a particular learning result. Examples explain common German usage but are not a substitute for advice in a high-stakes situation. Content errors can be reported through Support and will be reviewed.
Billing, refunds, and consumer rights
Apple handles billing, tax presentation, purchase history, and eligible refunds. Use Apple's Report a Problem service for a refund request. Nothing on this page excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights, including applicable conformity, warranty, and update rights for paid digital content.
Availability and updates
We may correct content, improve features, and update the app for security, compatibility, or legal reasons. Internet access is not needed for installed learning content, but it is required for App Store pricing, purchase, and restoration.
Contact and applicable rights
Questions or complaints can be sent to info@lindencode.com. Austrian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their country of residence. The legal venue and remedies remain those provided by applicable law.
