Help us solve it quickly
Include the app version and build number shown in About, your device model, operating-system version, what you expected, what happened, and the exact steps that led to the problem. A screenshot is helpful when it contains no private information. Never send passwords, Apple Account credentials, verification codes, or payment-card details.
Restore Full Access
- Use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase.
- Connect the device to the internet.
- Open the app and choose About.
- Select I Already Bought Full Access and wait for Apple's response.
Full Access is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. Restoring does not charge you again. If Apple reports no purchase, review your purchase history or contact Apple Support.
Price unavailable or purchase not loading
- Check that the device is online and the App Store is available.
- Confirm you are signed in to the Apple Account you intend to use.
- Close and reopen the Full Access screen, then try again.
- If you already paid, use I Already Bought Full Access.
Learning content works offline after installation. An App Store connection is required to load the current price, buy Full Access, or restore an entitlement.
Purchase or refund issue
Apple handles payment, purchase history, and eligible refunds. Visit Apple's Report a Problem service or Apple billing support.
Reset local progress
In the app, open About and select Reset learning and game progress. This clears learning results and game progress on that device. It does not reset the lifetime count toward the 100 included questions, and it does not cancel or remove a Full Access purchase. Deleting the app removes all app-local data.
Response and accessibility
We aim to acknowledge support and complaint requests within five business days. For an accessibility barrier, put “Accessibility” in the subject and tell us which screen, control, and assistive technology you were using. Suspected vulnerabilities should use the security reporting page.
