Report a security concern
A direct, responsible route for suspected vulnerabilities affecting the app or this website.
Contact
Send reports to info@lindencode.com. Put “Security report” in the subject.
Include the affected app version or page, device and operating system, reproducible steps, expected and observed behavior, and the minimum evidence needed to understand the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, Apple Account credentials, or unrelated personal information.
Responsible testing
Test only with accounts, devices, and information you are authorized to use. Do not disrupt availability, bypass Apple payment controls, access another person’s information, retain unnecessary data, use social engineering, or publish an unresolved issue in a way that puts customers at risk.
What happens next
We acknowledge reports as soon as reasonably possible, assess severity and customer impact, and investigate reproducible issues. We may ask for clarification, provide a remediation status where appropriate, and coordinate a reasonable disclosure timeline. This page does not promise a reward, a particular response time, or authorization for activity that would otherwise be unlawful.
Purchase and account security
Apple processes App Store purchases and Apple Account access. For an Apple billing or account-security problem, use official Apple Support. For an app implementation issue, use the reporting route above.
